This privacy policy is brought to you by NH TherAguix, whose headquarters are located at INOVALLEE, 19 CHEMIN DES PRES, 38240 MEYLAN, in accordance with the provisions of Law No.78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended (referred to as the LIL), and the General Data Prection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679.

NH TherAguix collects your data when you visit the following website: https://www.nhtheraguix.com, and such, NH TherAguix is considered the data controller of your information.

NH TherAguix is committed to limiting the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary (data minimization). The hosting of the https://www.nhtheraguix.com platform is provided by Yulpa (based in FRANCE). The 24-7 agency (based in 38920 CROLLES) provides patching, and updating of software and systems with relevant security upgrades, monthly applicative maintenance.

What type of personal data do we collect and why?

1 – Cookies: To enhance the interactivity of the website and our services, connection cookies, known as “cookies,” are placed on your computer, mobile device, or tablet. You can block them by adjusting your browser settings but doing so may degrade your browsing experience. 3 – Job Application / Unsolicited Application: When you apply for one of our job openings or submit an unsolicited application, we collect: your name, first name, email, phone number, CV, and cover letter to review your application and contact you if necessary.

What is the lawfulness of these processings?

We collect and process your personal data in compliance with regulations and only within the scope of the following legal bases:

1 – Consent from the data subject: When you provide us with personal information via the contact form, or audience measurement cookies, you consent to us collecting and using it solely for the purposes outlined in Section 1.

2 – Legitimate interests of the controller: When necessary to protect our legitimate interests (such as creating a CV database or using functional cookies).

 

To whom do we disclose your data?

Your personal data is not shared outside the various departments of NH TherAguix. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances, and no data is transferred outside the European Union.

 

How long do we store your data?

We retain your personal data only for a period that is necessary:

1 – Data provided via the contact form: The retention period is 5 years from the date of processing the request.

2 – Data submitted for job applications: Collected data is retained for 2 years after the last contact with the candidate, and it may be kept for the entire duration of the contract in case of hiring.

3 – Cookies: Your cookie consent choices are stored for 12 months, and cookies placed upon consent expire after 13 months.

 

What are your rights?

You have the right to access your personal information, as well as the right to request that this information be corrected, restricted, or deleted. You may also request a copy of your personal data or object to its processing.
